I am looking at getting some more Bluetooth earpieces. I am looking for ones that fit very specific criteria. The model I have is one of the few affordable ones that can do it, but it’s hard to find because it was a free magazine give-away for Car and Driver a while back. Anyway, I found some! Only $19.95! But $12 for shipping. So, add three more, still $12 for shipping. Add one more to round it out to five, and shipping is… $600. I kid you not. Try it.

Add one more, shipping is $16.95.

Well, having shipping for five cost $600 is one way of making $17 shipping seem awfully cheap.

    Two possible explanations:

    1) They REALLY don’t want someone to order 5 for whatever reason.

    2) Programming error.

It is still very funny though

I was going to order five. I have to confess I did wonder a little bit if they’re just friggin’ sick of people ordering five…

I just ordered four. So if it’s an anti-five policy, it worked.

Do you NEED four, or did you just order that many because the shipping is the same as it is for one?

I know you have a habit of losing things. Or maybe it is easier to have one everywhere you might need one.

The response to all of the questions and statements is affirmative.

I have a habit of losing things. I like having them in multiple places. Two of those places are where I step on them or a pocket that goes through the laundry. So I needed two immediately, will need four, and got all four because the shipping is the same.
