    Considering that Romney received a higher percentage of the white vote in 2012 than McCAin did in 2008, why would anyone suspect that the affordable marriage formation idea changed. In addition, black turn out went up and that is the least married demographic and highest level of out of wedlock births.

    Considering how the birth rates for whites continues to go down, how can the affordable family formation idea change.
